Support Strategy

In principle, all Orbit GT products are sold with maintenance contract.  The maintenance contract gives right to upgrades and online support.  This is the best way to ensure your success.  You can obtain your maintenance contract with our sales team.

Direct Access

Customers that have a support agreement with Orbit GT can enjoy the following :

• email support
• skype support
• remote administration (download here our teamviewer server)
• software bug fixes
• software minor upgrades
• extended Knowledge Base access when applicable (using password)

The Support Team is at your service during normal working hours.

Licensing Strategy

All Orbit GT software must run under a valid license. Licenses are obtained upon purchase of the product.

Orbit GT provides Academic Licenses for educational institutions.

Licenses for Stand-Alone products are managed by the license editor in the Help menu.
Licenses for Client/Server, web or mobile applications are managed by the free License Server embedded in the EOS server.

Education

Orbit GT provides an on-demand training service.  You can file a request via our sales team.
