The online Traffic Obstruction tool allows for registration of any kind of event that obstructs the flow of traffic for any period of time. It supports repeated events, events in near future or later, events that occur only a few hours. Events are tied to a location; position, stretch of street(s), area. Emergency Traffic can judge whether they can pass or have to drive around.
