UAV Airborne Mapping
The Microdrone UAV is unique in its capabilities for airborne mapping. Flying at low altitude and equipped with a high resolution choice of camera's, you can map your area instantly.
The Orbit UAV Mapping Planner extension has all you need : wherever you are, just calculate your flightplan and load it up to the Microdrone, right on the spot. The Microdrone UAV executes the flight fully automatically and returns with the proper coverage imagery.
Now all that's left is feed this imagery with the recorded IMU data to the Orbit Strabo photogrammetry package to create your stereo imagery, orthophoto or other derived products.
